She works with clients in both Calgary and Vancouver, with a focus on cases involving complex matrimonial property issues and support claims.
Heather has represented clients before all levels of court, including the Court of Appeal. She practiced with a large family law firm before co-founding Davidson Fraese Family Lawyers with Heather Davidson. Aiming to create a new kind of family law firm, Heather’s focus on resolving disputes on a practical basis has helped Davidson Fraese become Canada’s fastest growing family & divorce law firm. Heather is committed to helping clients navigate divorce and separation to make a new beginning. She has also helped many families grow through adoption, including both step-parent and third party adoptions.
Heather graduated from the University of Alberta with a degree in English in 2008 (with distinction) and from the University of Alberta with an LLB in 2011. She is an avid runner, and has run a number of half-marathons and marathons, including the 2017 Boston Marathon.
