Ira is a tireless advocate who will work to resolve your family law dispute in your best interests, whether that means negotiating a favourable settlement or litigating your position in court. He draws on a broad range of legal experience, including criminal litigation, personal injury matters, and corporate/commercial law.
Ira obtained his law degree from the Peter A. Allard School of Law at U.B.C., where he received both the J.S.D. Tory Prize and the Michael R. Luchenko Award in recognition of his litigation skills. He was also a winner of U.B.C.’s Peter Burns Trial Competition.
Ira has represented clients before both the Supreme Court and the Provincial Court of B.C. He also has experience in alternative dispute resolution, including mediation.
Ira is a member of the Trial Lawyers Association of B.C.
