[email protected] (604) 674-2061 (Vancouver Local)

Stefanie received her J.D. from the University of Alberta in 2018 after completing her undergraduate studies and receiving a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and Microbiology in 2015 from the University of British Columbia. Prior to joining Davison Fraese, she articled at a boutique family law firm in Vancouver and was called to the bar in 2019. Stefanie is also a recipient of the 2016 FACL Omatsu Scholarship.

Stefanie takes a compassionate approach and appreciates that every family situation is different and unique. During her articles, she had the privilege of assisting as junior counsel in a family law trial at the Supreme Court of British Columbia, and recognizes the apprehension and anxiety that some clients face at trial. She understands the importance of keeping families as stable as possible during this transition time and will assist clients through alternative dispute resolution, including mediation and arbitration, before proceeding to court.

Stefanie is committed to a client-centric approach to help clients navigate difficult circumstances and seeks to achieve results that minimize stress and enable clients to proceed with their lives. Stefanie is committed to finding solutions for clients during an emotionally charged time and is able to assist in drafting cohabitation agreements, marriage agreements, and separation agreements without having to litigate. Stefanie is eager to support her clients in resolving their matters involving divorce, separation, child support, spousal support and property division.

Outside of the office, Stefanie can be found bouldering, playing ultimate frisbee, skiing or golfing. When she isn’t working, she loves to travel; she can be found planning out her itinerary to achieve her goal of visiting all seven continents.
